Registration
Entries will be accepted online at efeis.com beginning Monday, March 10, 2008. Payment must be made at time of registration via Paypal. Teachers may enter and pay for their students online. Changes and Additions must meet specifications listed in the syllabus.
Programs and Competitor Numbers will be available Friday night, 7:00-9:00pm, at the Louisville Marriott East (the primary feis hotel) and Saturday morning at the feis venue (7:30am). Entries due MAY 27, 2008 or when cap of 700 Beginner - Open Prize winner and cap of 225 PC/OC entries are reached.
Instrumental & Vocal Comps
All Vocal and Instrumental competitions will be held on the evening of Friday, June 20th at 7:30pm at the Louisville Marriott East. The schedule for music competitions will be available here, on our website, once the entry cap is reached.
Six Flags Kentucky Kingdom
Six Flags Kentucky Kingdom is adjacent to the Feis location.
We have secured a discounted rate of $19.99 for tickets to Six Flags Kentucky Kingdom, a $20.00 discount off the regular rate. There’s an easy 5 step process for printing your tickets online. Children 3 and under are FREE.
Changes and Additions
Changes and Additions must be received by May 27, 2008 or be subject to a late fee of $5.00 per change/addition. Absolutely no changes or additions will be accepted after June 4, 2008. Changes or additions must be accompanied by any applicable fees. Fees can be mailed in or will be collected at Registration at the feis.
Changes will be accepted via email at louisvillefeis@gmail.com and must include the information on the form. Additions & Changes will be accepted by mail also. All information on the Change/Add form must match original entry.
